Workshop 1: Liquid Flow Yoga Masterclass

Experience the energy and grace of Liquid Flow Yoga—a dynamic, flowing practice that seamlessly combines the precision of Iyengar Yoga with the fluidity of Ashtanga, enriched by innovative contemporary Vinyasa techniques. This masterclass offers a fresh and inspired synthesis of classical and modern influences, designed to elevate your understanding of movement and alignment.

Step into your practice with softness and ease as you explore creative salutations and peak poses woven into smooth, wave-like sequences. These waves serve as a moving meditation, emphasizing both physical and energetic alignment. Simon will guide you with meticulous attention to detail, helping you embody core principles of alignment while fostering a deep sense of connection, fluidity, and inner harmony. Deepen your awareness, embody a calm and centered presence, and nourish your entire being with how you practice.

Workshop 2: Hip Openers and Backbends — Cultivating Mobility, Strength, and Lightness
Samstag, 23. August, 08:30-10:30 

Rediscover the joy of spacious movement within your hips and spine in this invigorating yet calming workshop. You will explore deep hip openers and stabilizing techniques to support the freedom of the spine. Additionally, shoulder opening and side body extensions will prepare for backbending, enhancing mobility and a healthy back. This mindful workshop offers balanced approaches to releasing tension, energizing your entire body, and fostering vitality through fluid, balanced movement.

Backbends help to restore buoyancy, lightness, and a sense of freedom in both body and mind. When practiced with awareness and proper alignment, backbends become a spring in your step and a source of renewed energy and mental clarity.

Throughout this workshop, we will explore a variety of hip-opening poses and backbends that promote increased pelvic mobility, greater spinal and hamstring flexibility. The overall theme of the practice is longevity and vitality of the spine - promoting a flexible, strong body and joyful spirit.
